Why platinum cure silicone?
Platinum cure silicone is the only body-safe silicone; it is non-porous, and quite easy to clean and maintain. Unlike plastics and other types of silicone, platinum-cure silicone is without exception, the best and highest quality material available for this medium.
Is platinum cure silicone non-toxic?
Platinum cure silicone is non-toxic, and does not leach harmful chemicals like BPA, heavy metals, PVC, or phthalates into your blood stream. Silicone uses naturally occurring elements like silicon, oxygen, carbon, and hydrogen.
How do I know that my product is 100% silicone?
To reduce costs, some manufacturers add fillers to the product. Luckily there is a simple way to tell: pinch and twist a flat surface on the item. If white shows through, the product contains filler. Pure silicone does not change color when twisted.
What kind of lube should I use?
Use any kind of water-based lube, but DO NOT use any kind of silicone lube. Silicone lubes will react unfavorably with other silicone, and ultimately shorten the life of your sculpture.
How do I maintain and store my sculpture?
Wash with unscented liquid soap and hot water before and after each use. Display proudly, but do not let them come in contact with other toys unless they are also made of platinum-cure silicone. Silicone can yellow over time, so it’s best to keep it out of direct sunlight. With proper care, these sculptures can last indefinitely.
How long will my sculpture last?
With proper care, pieces made using a platinum cured silicone can last upwards of 45 years.

Absolutely! Everything is carefully packed in standard, unbranded packaging.
