How will the charge appear on my PayPal or credit card statement?

As each shop on Spicerack Market signs up with their own PayPal account, each shop will have a
different business name showing up as the company that your payment was sent to. On each product
listing the business name showing up on the payment statement will be provided for you to be aware
of.
Is shipping discreet?

Sellers will note whether they offer discreet shipping on each product listing. We encourage all
shops to ship discreetly and enable the shop to highlight a Discreet Shipping badge when offered.
Why are you only open to U.S. sellers and customers?

As this is our beta launch, we are still working out the tax and legal issues associated with
shipping to customers outside of the U.S. Since each shop on Spicerack market ships their own
orders, the shipping costs that would have to be charged to U.S. customers when ordering a product
from a shop outside of the U.S. would be quite high so we’re working with international makers to
help import bulk orders from these creators in order to offer our customers these products shipped
from our U.S. location for a better customer experience.
Can I cancel an order?

Since most of our products are made to order, you can request an order cancellation which will be
sent to the seller to approve based on their cancellation policy which can range between
cancellations being accepted as long as the item hasn’t shipped or cancellations being accepted as
long as the creator hasn’t physically started creating the custom order.
Will I receive unsolicited emails?

Our shops are not allowed to send you emails as you will be able to see a social feed from your
favorited shops to see their announcements and updates. The only marketing emails you might receive
would be from Spicerack Market to show you new products, new blog posts etc but you can easily
choose which email notifications you would like or you can choose to opt out of all marketing
communications and then you will only receive notifications about your specific orders.
How can I track my order?

Once an order is shipped, the shop will upload a tracking number which you can find in your customer
Dashboard under ‘MY ORDERS’ which you can use to check on the shipping status of your order.
