These are made of PLA plastic and zinc plated steel components. The knurled nuts can be fine turned for very small increases in bite. The teeth are sharp (slightly dulled though) and can be dulled further by the customer.
Operation is simple. Loosen all knurled nuts. Apply to upper lip and pull through then tighten those nuts. Repeat for the bottom and adjust the middle portion as you desire.

On all of my products, due to the nature of the designs, I do not accept returns. However, if someone breaks or is otherwise not functioning as intended (I do not honor size exchanges where I put measurements in the listings), then I'd be happy to work out something with you. I attempt to ship all packages one time, all secondary attempts (weren't home or didn't have a spot to leave it, or wrong addresses) require a reattempt and an additional fee.
