This was a test collar for stitching around the letters so there is stitching on the lining, as shown in the photos. I did not like this after I made it, but didn't want to waste it as it still wears comfortably. Due to this the price has been reduced from $50 to $35.

Fits Necks size 16.5 inches to 23 inches. Buckle holes are set at 1/2 inch intervals.
