Do you offer returns & exchanges?
NUBE Lightwear does not offer refunds or cancellations due to the nature of lingerie as well as the custom aspect of every item ordered.
In the event you find yourself with a faulty item or a mix-up in your order, simply contact [email protected] within 21 days of receiving your package and we will arrange the exchange.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please reach out via Message Box as soon as you can to modify your order. If I am not yet in the process of crafting, I will be glad to make the necessary alterations.
In the same vein, cancellations will only be accepted if your items have not yet been created.
