IMPORTANT NOTICE
If you are not happy with your purchase when it arrives, please do not remove the tags as we can't take returns with tags missing, Contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order by Email on the letter we send with the item and we will get straight back to you.

We will gladly offer you an exchange or refund for full price item(s) returned with a receipt and in the condition they were sold, unworn and including tags and labels. We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition . Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Please note. You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost.

In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on underwear or swimwear unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the tags intact.
As long as you send your items within 14 days of received you’ll qualify for a full refund when we receive it. Please ensure the original tags remain attached to allow us to accept your return and enclose the invoice we send with the item ,please return your items to the address specified on the delivery note, requesting proof of postage from your post office and letting us know that it has been sent with tracking.
