The expiration date for all of our lipsticks is 3 months from purchase date, since they are made from natural ingredients. Please keep in mind that these are made of handmade natural base, and are more sensitive than regular lip products. Keeping it in a dry, cool, and dark place (even the fridge) may prolong the shelf life.

MELT WARNING
This product will melt in the heat. It doesn't damage the product, but may cause the lipstick to leak or get stuck in the cap. So try not to leave it in your car during the summer, or any other hot spots. We cannot guarantee this product will arrive unharmed from heat, especially during the summer months.

Cancellations are accepted before your order is shipped. Once the order is shipped refunds and/or replacements are not accepted due to the nature of our business. Every product is made per order.
No refunds or replacements for lost/damaged packages. Please consider upgrading your shipping to Priority (includes insurance for up to $100) or contact us for additional package insurance.
In case of lost packages, please contact your local USPS with your tracking number.
