From choosing the right materials, drawing up designs for your products, cutting, sewing, riveting, packing… Everything happens in our small manufacture in beautiful Schattendorf (Austria). That’s how we ensure to deliver products that meet our high quality standards.

The exquisitely handcrafted leather collar is an elegant way to display submission. It is 100 % handmade in Austria and customizable - you can even choose your favorite background color.
The outer layer of this collar is made of buffalo leather to give it nice stability. For the pattern background, you can choose from our twelve standard colors (as shown in the last picture) - if we don't have your favorite in our selection just contact us - I'm sure we will find something that suits you :)
The inner layer is, for your comfort, made of super-soft lamb leather, you will not want to take it off ;)
We offer the collar in two standard sizes, but we can also do smaller or bigger sizes if needed - for that just choose "custom size" at the drop-down menu.

We offer the front ring in three sizes:
* diameter 14 mm (about 0,55 '')
* diameter 20 mm ( 3/4 '')
* diameter 27 mm (about 1 '')
Per request, we can also make your collar without any ring.
This collar measures 35 mm and is closed with a locking pin in the back.
We can also provide a matching set of cuffs :)
All our products are handmade in our workshop in Austria specifically for you, so we ask for your understanding that it can take up to three weeks to have them ready for shipping.
Good quality in materials and excellent workmanship are our highest priorities so that we can offer products that are both durable and comfortable to wear.

Here at penumbra, you configure individual items that are made to your measurements and specifications. That’s one of the reasons our work is resource-efficient and sustainable for our environment.
The right of revocation doesn’t apply to distance contracts for supplying custom orders that are not pre-made and for whose manufacturing an individual choice or modification through the customer is essential or which are clearly designed to the customers’ needs.
All our products (with or without engraving) are therefore excluded from the right of revocation.
We ask for your understanding that you can’t return our goods if you change your mind about wanting them.
