Returning a product
Custom-made items are non-refundable. All other items are returnable. You have 14 days to return the item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. By law, you must also pay any applicable customs duties and taxes. You have another 14 days from receipt of your refund to refund the item, provided it is not damaged, dirty, or shows visible signs of wear.
