Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on bikinis, micro strings, and lingerie items once the package has been opened or the item has been tried on.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in its original, unopened packaging with all hygienic liners and tags intact.
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery to request a return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Defects or Errors:
If you receive an incorrect item or a rare manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product. We will gladly arrange a replacement or a full refund at our expense.
