Because our items are small batch or made to order as well as hygienic reasons, we generally do not accept returns. The only exceptions are for the rare instance of a flawed or damaged item. We recognize that fit and sizing can be difficult when purchasing online however, so we do offer exchanges. Items must be received in new, unworn condition without any perfumed scent or other signs of wear. You are responsible for shipping back to us, in the US we will cover the cost of shipping the new exchanged item to you.
