Dispatch time:
All items are handmade by me and therefore require different production and adjustment times.
Delivery and custom fees:
All items are dispatched from Berlin, Germany with DHL/German Post and have a tracking number.
I provide the customs declaration for your package but I am not responsible for any import fees or taxes you might be charged by your local customs office.
Returns and refunds:
As all my items are made to measure I cannot provide a regular return&refund service. I am though always ready to remake or adjust any items that you are not satisfied with. Furthermore, I offer a free lifetime guarantee for all my designs, so I will always repair any damaged items you send me. In this case you only have to bear the shipping costs.
