Shop policies
While we make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Orders received after 5 PM ET will be processed on the next business day. We typically ship via USPS and do not ship on U.S. Holidays.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address you provided in your order. Orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International orders typically arrive within 14 business days. If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. Gabby’s Luxury Soaps cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales on soaps, shower gels, body lotions, and massage oils are final and we do not provide returns or exchanges.
To initiate a return or exchange of unopened/unused candles or wax melts, please contact us at [email protected] within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Please email us at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange. Please be sure to reference your order number. Item must be in the same condition as on the website.
All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are usually processed within 1-2 business days after the product is received.
After fifteen (15) days: No returns will be accepted.
