Custom Sizing:
I would be happy to resize anything to any size for free (if possible), the only exception is if resizing significantly changes the design of the item and I have to use several more gemstones or other expensive supplies.
I want everyone to be happy with the fit of their jewelry! If you order something and it doesn’t fit as expected, you can send it back to me and I’ll adjust it and return it to you for free.
Repairs:
Repairs are always free of charge if you still have all of the pieces. If I have to replace expensive gemstones or a big part of the design, I’ll have to charge the cost of the supplies. Additionally, if part of your jewelry is lost or broken that can’t be replaced (for example, supplies that aren’t being manufactured any more or gemstones that were only available in small quantities that I no longer have) I’ll do my best to use something similar and will let you know, in that case we can talk about what you’d like. Customer covers shipping for repairs.

I do take returns & exchanges except for custom orders made from scratch for you specifically (meaning, a design I would not sell otherwise). Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery and have no visible wear or flaws to be accepted.
I will always repair damaged items for free as a courtesy within the best of my ability, however the customer covers repair shipping.
