Shop policies
Custom orders: If I'm customising an item for you, I will contact you and we can discuss your requirements. I will ask you to spell names, check dates, etc etc - I'll always check anything that seems weird, but the onus is on YOU to provide me with the correct information.
I make all my wooden items myself. I use sustainably sourced wood - 99% comes from trees fallen in our garden. Where this isn't the case, I will identify it as such.
Occasionally I sell things that other suppliers have made for me - underwear, harnesses etc. - and I will note this on the item description.
I also upcycle items occasionally, and will always describe them as accurately as possible.
Higher Desire is about eco friendly, sustainable, and ethically produced items, so everything I do is guided by these principles.
I can't accept returns of toys or underwear unless they are faulty - this is for hygiene reasons.
Other than that, returns are accepted up to 28 days after purchase. I will always refund or replace a faulty product, unless it is a custom item in which case I will endeavour to replace with an equivalent or refund you.
Please check sizing charts, or ask me if you're not sure an item is right for you.
All returns (other than for faulty products) are at the customer's cost. If it's faulty, I'll cover it - I don't expect you to be out of pocket if something breaks or is substandard!
