If you are in Canada all orders include tracking via Canada Post or UPS. If you are in the United States the $11.99 Small Packet USA Air does not include tracking however you can upgrade to the Canada Post Tracked Packet USA shipping option to get tracking for your order. Our water-based lubricant – Smooth Operator is compatible with and will not compromise the integrity of latex and polyisoprene condoms. Our oil-based lubricant Wild Thing is NOT compatible with latex or polyisoprene condoms but IS compatible with nitrile, lambskin and polyurethane condoms. CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCTS WITH SEX TOYS? Yes! We think sex toys are great, which is why our oil-based and water-based lubricant will not eat away at your silicone sex toys! SOME OF YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE HEMP-SEED OIL IN THEM, DOES THAT MEAN I AM GOING TO GET HIGH? Nope! Hemp-seed oil does not have any psychoactive affects. We chose to use hemp-seed oil in our oil based products because of it’s natural pain relieving properties and luxurious skincare benefits. Although we do not use cannabidiol, aka CBD (a compound in cannabis that does not have psychoactive properties), the hemp-seed oil that we use may contain trace amounts of CBD. CAN HEMP-SEED OIL HELP WITH VAGINAL PAIN? Although we have heard from many happy customers that our lubricants reduce vaginal pain and dryness, everyone’s body is different, and we can’t promise that you will feel the same effects. Hemp-seed oil works to relieve vaginal pain during penetration by reducing inflammation and strengthening the skin. To increase the pain relieving effects, we recommend applying lubricant 5-10 minutes before intercourse, or during foreplay. CAN YOUR LUBRICANTS INCREASE SEXUAL PLEASURE AND EXCITMENT? DO INTAMO PRODUCTS EXPIRE? Yes, there will be a expiry date stamp at the bottom of the bottle, please be mindful and do not use use expired products. CAN YOUR LUBRICANT STAIN YOUR SHEETS? We know things can get a bit messy and because our water-based lubricant is silicone and oil free, it does not stain. If there is any light staining it should come out in the wash! Because we use oil-based ingredients in Start Me Up, Wild Thing and Moondance we can not guarantee that these products won’t stain your sheets. IS YOUR LUBE EDIBLE? Yes! Our lube is safe for oral sex as we use natural and food grade ingredients. However, our lubricants are not meant for consumption. ARE YOUR LUBRICANTS PH BALANCED? Yes! All of our lubricants are formulated to match the pH of the vagina. We do this to avoid risk of infection and protect the natural flora of the vagina. ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY FREE? YES! INTAMO BRAND PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY At Intamo, customer satisfaction is our top priority and we are committed to making sure all of our Intamo brand products are tested to be high quality and safe before being shipped out. Please check your shipment upon arrival to make sure there has been no damage in transit. If a shipment has damaged product please reach out to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of the shipment being received and we will offer a resolution. If you are not completely satisfied with any Intamo brand products, we offer a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee from the purchase date. To set up a refund please email [email protected] and a customer service representative will be happy to help you out. If you are returning a product for a refund, you (the customer) are responsible for the cost of returning the unused portion of the product back to Intamo. Once we have received the product please allow 1-2 business days for processing and we will return the full amount back to your original method of payment.
