JadedSecrets accepts no responsibility for misuse or mistreated items. Do not drop on any hard surface. Be sure the stone is not cold when putting in hot water, as extreme temperature changes may cause the stone to crack. Always use caution and care when using items. Be sure to educate yourself on proper use before using any plug, beads, dildos or massage tools.
Stone Care;
All stones can be soaked in worm water with a few drops of Tea Tree Oil or mild soapy water.
Cancellations can be made before shipping labels are paid. Contact for more information.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, or incorrect please reach out immediately so we can correct the situation.
I use recycled packaging when ever possible as to not add to the plastic being dumped into the oceans.
