NOTE: The standard size loop is approximately 5/8 inch in diameter. Please let me know if you need a larger size. The standard non pierced horseshoe is approximately 9mm at the widest point. To measure your nipple, when it is fully erect, measure the widest portion of the protruding nipple. If you send me this measurement in the notes, your jewelry will be custom fit.
