Shop policies
We offer a variety of products in a variety of colours. Once orders are placed they are then hand made straight away.
We can not offer a refund on any products that we have started making for the customer.
The customer needs to be aware of this policy.
We aim to make and post out your product with 5 working days or sooner.
To avoid fraud we use tracked delivery to all our customers.
Due to the nature of the goods that we make and sell we are unable to accept any returns.
Returns can ONLY be accepted if the product is damaged or faulty on arrival.
If that is the case, then you need to contact us and we will require photographic evidence of the fault.
The product that is faulty must NOT be used or tempered with in any way.
Any product that is damaged by customs in your country would not be our responsibility. This would have to be dealt by you and your customs authority in your country.
