F.A.Q. Why buy Platinum silicone toys? Platinum-cure silicone is the only type of silicone rubber that is considered body-safe. These toys are non-porous, long-lasting, and won't grow bacteria when cleaned and stored properly. How do I maintain my toys? Wash thoroughly with unscented dish soap and warm water after every use. If smells persist, carefully dunk toy in boiling water for 30-60 seconds to kill any bacteria and eliminate odors. Dry completely before storing in a closed container to prevent dust build-up. Do not store with non-silicone toys, and do not store in direct contact with other toys. What lubes can I use? Any type of lubricant (water-based, oil-based, silicone-based, shortening, etc) can be used with our toys. However, many silicone sex toy producers recommend against using silicone-based lubricant for fear of causing damage to the toy. In our experience, silicone lube does not cause damage to high quality platinum-cure silicone toys. However, please ensure that you wash toys immediately after use, especially if using silicone lube. We are not responsible for any damage caused to your toys, so if you want to be extra cautious, avoid using silicone-based lubricants. Can I return or exchange my purchase? Due to health concerns, toys cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. However, if you aren't satisfied with you purchase, please contact us! We will always do our best to resolve any problems or replace any defective product. How long does shipping take? All toys are hand-made to order, so processing time will vary depending on our sale volume and other factors. We will generally try to ship each order within 2-6 business days. Do you ship internationally? We ship to many countries throughout the world! Where is my order? Once your order has been shipped please contact USPS with your tracking number if it has not arrived by the estimated delivery date. For International orders USPS transfers the package to your local post, please check with your local service for assistance. Do you ship discreetly? All orders will be shipped in plain white boxes. All items will be labeled with "KAT Shipping" in the return address. Why does the toy smell at first? All toys are thoroughly washed after production, but trace residue from silicone release agent can remain. This is that smell. Just wash the toy again with unscented dish soap and hot water, that smell will go away! Cancelations - Cancelations will be granted for any reason. However, cancelations must be requested within 6 hours of ordering. Returns - Due to the nature of the products, we cannot repack and resell any items. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Refunds - If a product arrives defective in any way, we will provide a full refund (less shipping charges) or a replacement product. The customer must provide photographic proof of defects in the product or products.
