Every item is handcrafted to order in our atelier in Turin, Italy.
Standard production time is about 7-14 days, depending on the complexity of customization.

Shipping
We ship worldwide with UPS or DHL.
Delivery times depend on the final destination.
Tracking is provided for all shipments.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of our products and the fact that each piece is made specifically for the customer, returns are not possible for custom items, personalized embroidery, or engraved pieces.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours, unless production has already started.

Custom Orders
Most of our work is custom. We offer personalized embroidery, engraving, sizing adjustments, and special requests.
All custom items are final sale.
