If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $55, I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Return Policy All sales are final. All garments are handmade to order and there is a 24 hour grace period to change or cancel your order (please use the contact form to do so). Once the grace period passes and garment construction begins, all sales are final. It is encouraged to pay close attention to the size guides, and to write with any questions you may have before placing your order! That said, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded as well as any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. Refunds (if applicable) I only accept returns in items that are defective or damaged when the client got them and the damage is not cause due to shipping problems. I only accept returns of items when the damage is caused by me (seller). All returns must be made within 4 days of the delivery of your original order.
