Making & delivery time Each limit latex item is handmade to order. We try to dispatch everything as quickly as possible. See current making time for webshop orders and bespoke latex pieces at the top of the website. Rush order If you want to have your latex items before a specific date and you want your order to be prioritized the order queue, a rush fee may apply. The price of the rush fee depends on how many items you have and how quickly you would like to receive your order. Please note that the times taken are production times, shipping is not included. If your order is held up at customs I am not liable for any delays. Shipping Your latex will be beautifully wrapped in tissue paper (after putting it in the ziplock bag ;) and packaged discretely for posting. ​We strive to provide shipping options worldwide. If you don't see your country listed during checkout, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. We're happy to assist you with shipping arrangements to your location. ​We are located in the Netherlands we ship with PostNL (Dutch shipping company) or DHL. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. ​Once a package has been sent it is no longer our responsibility if the buyer was not home to receive the package and it is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they retrieve their package from their local Post office. If a package is sent back to our shop it is the buyers responsibility to pay the shipping again to resend. Taxes & duties​ All shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will apply once the shipment reaches your designated country. You will need to take responsibility for any taxes and duties that may apply. Please contact your relevant authority for more information on the rates.

Returns/refunds are not accepted, as every order is made to measure. But if you are having problems with your order, please message us using and we'd be happy to work something out for you!
