Shop policies
We dispatch our orders typically in 1-3 days. Shipping times of course vary between location and provider, however we can say that orders on average arrive in just over one week, or 7-10 days for our United States customers. We have had very few issues with our shipping providers since 5+ years of selling online, using both national postal services including USPS, as well as DHL.

DISCREET SHIPPING
All of our products are shipped discreetly. There are no brand labels on the outside of our packages, and items are packed protected so contents cannot be guessed from the outside. The name "Lovely" will replace our full company name for international orders, and will appear in small letters in the shipping label (as per legal requirements). On the customs form, again in small print, the contents will be described as "leather clothing accessory", "metal fashion accessory" or something similar.
We gladly accept returns. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and return items within 21 days. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. Refunds apply to the value of the product only and are not guaranteed if the product shows signs of use or damage by the consumer. We highly recommend you check all your measurements before ordering to avoid extra shipping costs. Please contact us if you have any doubts.
