Please note that our leather products are handmade to order by our small team in Queensland, Australia. Generally our production time is 5-7 days before shipping. Although rare, we will keep you informed of circumstances where delays may occur.

Mercy Industries do not accept any liability arising out of the use or misuse of any products.
If you are unhappy with your product we will gladly accept the return of product(s) for either exchange or refund, no questions asked. Please note the product(s) must be in original condition/packaging and unworn.
