----- All items are made to order, and production times are estimated at 4 weeks and may vary based on demand and complexity. Please review our Return Policy before purchasing. -----
- Care Instructions -
/Wash before and after each use with warm water and mild soap (or a body-safe toy cleaner).
/Pat dry with a lint-free cloth and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
/Avoid contact with other NON-SILICONE toys or surfaces for long periods to prevent bonding.
/For lubrication, use only water-based lubes — silicone-based lubricants may damage the surface.
Return Policy
All sales are final.
No returns on opened or used items unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. -
Cancellations cannot be made after 2 weeks from the order date. -
If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review and assist. -
All claims of manufacturing defects are subject to inspection and verification before a replacement or refund is issued. -
Each item is handmade, and slight variations in color or finish are natural and not considered defects. -
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. -
