Other products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, starting from the day tracking shows product is received. The returning cost is the responsibility of the customer; the cost of sending a new product in the case of an exchange is on us. A product can only be exchanged once. Returned or exchanged product needs to be in its original condition with no scratch, no stain and no smell. Please do not try on the product with perfume or scented skincare product on.
