When will my order to be shipped?
Please allow 1-2 business weeks (Monday to Friday) for your package to be shipped after your order confirmation, as I dedicate this time to drafting your unique pattern and crafting your lingerie.
Will I pay customs fees?
If you live outside Spain, you may need to pay customs or duties fees, which vary from country to country.
As a buyer, these charges are your responsibilty to cover. This process can sometimes delay delivery by many days, an unfortunate situation out of my control.
My package was damaged during delivery, what can I do?
If you received your order damaged, get in touch with the carrier or me to file a request. Just make sure to keep all the packaging and damaged items handy before reaching out!
