NUBE is a one-person brand dedicated to offering an accessible alternative to luxury lingerie, focusing on a made-to-measure experience. Initially founded in Montreal in 2022, the home studio has since relocated to the picturesque countryside of Valencia, Spain. "Every piece you find in my shop is made to order in my home studio. Shop policies

When will my order to be shipped? Please allow 1-2 business weeks (Monday to Friday) for your package to be shipped after your order confirmation, as I dedicate this time to drafting your unique pattern and crafting your lingerie. Will I pay customs fees? If you live outside Spain, you may need to pay customs or duties fees, which vary from country to country. As a buyer, these charges are your responsibilty to cover. This process can sometimes delay delivery by many days, an unfortunate situation out of my control. My package was damaged during delivery, what can I do? If you received your order damaged, get in touch with the carrier or me to file a request. Just make sure to keep all the packaging and damaged items handy before reaching out! *NUBE Lightwear cannot be held responsible for any shipping mishaps such as damaged or lost items during delivery.
Do you offer returns & exchanges? NUBE Lightwear does not offer refunds or cancellations due to the nature of lingerie as well as the custom aspect of every item ordered. In the event you find yourself with a faulty item or a mix-up in your order, simply contact [email protected] within 21 days of receiving your package and we will arrange the exchange. Can I modify or cancel my order? Please reach out via Message Box as soon as you can to modify your order. If I am not yet in the process of crafting, I will be glad to make the necessary alterations. In the same vein, cancellations will only be accepted if your items have not yet been created.
