If you believe you’ve received a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue — we’ll assess it and propose a solution (replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the case). For non-intimate items (e.g. accessories, clothing, display stands, unopened lubes/cosmetics), you have 14 days from delivery to request a return, in accordance with French consumer law. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the return is due to an error on our part.
