Cancellations within 24 hours of purchase are allowed, but after this I will order the supplies to create your item if I don't have them or start work on it if I do and am then not able to offer refunds
Due to the intimate nature of many of my items, returns are not accepted. But please message me if there is any issue and I will do my best to make it right!
