1. All Custom orders must be finalized before the customer pays, once paid, we will make it to the description provided at the time of payment. Sometimes we can accept minor corrections. 2. All leather items are give or take 1/4" (~5mm). 3. Balls for ball gags are within the tolerances of molding (give or take less than 1/16th of an inch) 4. We can accept imperial or metric measurements 5. For ALL International (non-USA) orders, customers are responsible for knowing their customs and related fees, it is not the shop's responsibility to know these. We also will try to be as discrete as possible, but we will not lie on a custom's form. examples of discretion we can do are Ball Gags will be listed as "Ball and Leather Strap", we have listed spreader bars as "exercise bars" (because they can be used for that) 6. Although we use a medical grade of silicone for our balls, we can not get the balls certified as the FDA does not certify adult products at this time. However the material we use (unless stated otherwise) is a material that could be certified medical grade if they did. 7. Sizing details For balls; Measure from the top of the bottom teeth to the bottom of the top teeth with the mouth wide open. For smaller sizes you can go 1/4" (5mm) more at most, for middle sizes 1/8" (3mm) and for Super Large or larger sizes you should not exceed that measurement in the diameter of the ball. For custom size Straps for Ball Gags: Measure where the ball and strap would go ALL the way around the head with the mouth wide open. That is the size measurement of the strap. The length will be about 5 inches longer. Recommend using the shortest distance you can come up with, which is usually low on the back of the neck with head down. For Cuffs and Collars: Please provide those sizes in the notes in 1/4" or 5mm increments. 8. Custom and personalized orders For simple requests please just send a note with the order, for more complicated requests or if unsure make a request first. But I will do most custom orders for ball gags or straps if I can. 9. Wholesale availability For wholesale on the balls or straps contact me directly via [email protected] Minimum order is 30 balls for first wholesale order to get pricing, afterwards 12. This is mix and match for size and colors. There is not a lot of wholesale discount on the straps, unless desired with unfinished edges. 10. And finally if we find you are using our adult products with anyone underage or non-consenting, we will gleefully assist law enforcement in your prosecution. Some of our balls are tiny, but these are for adults who have jaw problems or are themselves smaller.

No returns accepted for Custom or "AS IS" made items, We may repair or will replace an item if there is a manufacturing defect on a custom made item. "AS IS" items presume some defect so we will not replace those. Balls and ball gags may ONLY be returned if the inner bag's seal is intact All other non-custom items may be returned if unopened for refund except shipping. If there is a problem with the order, please contact the shop email, we will require a picture of the problem, our policy is to replace when we can, if it is our fault at cost. We allow replacements, but customer must pay for shipping both ways and any difference in price if we originally shipped the correct item AND we can accept it back (such as Ball gags still sealed in their bags).
