Refund & Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Every item sold by Fetish Elites is handcrafted and made to order, specifically for each customer. Because of this personalized production process, all sales are considered final.

We will only accept returns or provide a replacement in the following situations:

The product was damaged during shipping.
You received the wrong item.
You received the wrong size or color due to our mistake.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of both the product and its packaging.

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

Change of mind.
Incorrect size or color selected by the customer.
Normal wear and tear.
Products that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
