Due to the personal nature of our products and the associated hygiene issues, products can not be returned unless defective and unworn.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If necessary, we will instruct you on how to return your defective item. Returned items will be immediately inspected and if it is confirmed to be a manufacturer’s defect a replacement item will be shipped to you without charge.
In the event that the problem is not considered a manufactures defect the item can be returned to you, the consumer. Please Note: a handling fee of $20.00 and all associated re-shipping costs will be required to be paid by you, the consumer, before your product is returned.
A product is not classed as defective if it has been used in any other way than is intended, or in the event that it is accidentally damaged by, but not limited to, dropping or misuse, water or moisture, incorrect power supplied, battery failure, incompatible lubricants, etc.
No returns on adult toys.
Should there be a shipping error, it is the responsibility of you, the consumer, to notify us within 7 days of receipt of the delivery.
