Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are delighted by our products, but we understand that sometimes things go wrong.
RETURN PROCESS:
Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are ONLY allowed on a case-by-case basis. All returned products must be unused and still have original tags attached. In the event of our error (if the wrong product is shipped, or there is a design or manufacturing flaw in a product), AND THE PRODUCT IS UNUSED, Roseburn Design Studio will pay for return shipping. All other returns, IF ACCEPTED, must have a return authorization, and shipping and possibly a restocking fee will be paid by the customer. Any returns must be post-marked within sixteen (16) days of your receipt of the goods.
Please contact us directly for a return authorization. Please be sure to mention:
⨀ The name and date on the original order.
⨀ A short description of the issue.
⨀ Whether you would prefer a refund or exchange.
⨀ The name on the original order.
Roseburn Design Studio will respond within 2 days with an RMA number and detailed instructions for shipping your return. We cannot be responsible for lost, late, or damaged return shipments.
Please note the following:
⨀ All orders on sale are FINAL and cannot be returned.
⨀ Returned products must be in unused, original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
⨀ The buyer is responsible for any loss in value and shipping costs if the returned product is not in new, unused condition.
