About Seven Sin
Seven Sin is a small independent UK latex brand creating handcrafted latex clothing and accessories with a focus on quality, fit and the finer details.
Every piece is made by us, meaning your order is handled directly by the people designing and creating it. We take pride in producing garments that are not only visually striking but made to be worn, enjoyed and treasured.
Processing Times
All of our pieces are handmade to order, which means your garment is created specifically for you rather than coming from mass-produced stock.
Our usual turnaround time is approximately 4–6 weeks, however during particularly busy periods (such as after events, launches or seasonal peaks) turnaround times can extend up to 12 weeks.
We will always work through orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and attention to detail that Seven Sin pieces are known for.
If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we will let you know what is possible before you purchase.
Ready-to-wear items that are already made and available from stock will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change.
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase during our cooling-off period, provided production has not already started.
After the 48-hour cooling-off period, cancellations may still be possible if work has not yet begun on your order. In these circumstances, a 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover time spent processing the order, preparing materials and administration costs.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible as materials and time have already been committed to creating your garment.
Please note that custom, modified or bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has started due to the personalised nature of these pieces.

Custom & Modified Items
Items that have been altered, customised or made specifically for you cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes:
Custom colours
Bespoke sizing
Design changes
Additional details or modifications
Because these pieces are created specifically for the individual customer, we are unable to resell them.

We carefully check every item before it leaves us, but if you experience an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible.

What size should I order?
Latex is a fitted material, so accurate measurements are important. Please check the sizing information provided before ordering. If you are unsure, message us before purchasing — we are always happy to help.
Why does handmade take longer?
Unlike mass-produced garments, every Seven Sin piece is individually cut, assembled and made by hand. The extra time allows us to focus on the details, fit and quality that make each piece unique.
Can I request a different colour?
Our standard colours are Black, Red and Bubblegum Pink. If you would like another colour, please contact us before ordering and we can let you know what options are available.
How do I look after latex?
Latex requires a little care to keep it looking its best. We recommend:
*Keeping latex away from oils, perfumes and sharp objects
*Washing gently with warm water after wear
*Storing away from direct sunlight
*Using a suitable latex polish for shine
*DO NOT use baby oil or Vaseline
All Seven Sin orders are sent with information on how to care for your garment, including our latex care guide, so you have everything you need to keep your piece looking its best.

Do you make custom pieces?
Yes. Our custom work is available separately through our Gold Label range. If you have an idea, get in touch and we can discuss what is possible.
Can I wear latex if I have never worn it before?
Absolutely. Many customers start with their first latex piece from us. If you are unsure what style, size or item is right for you, feel free to ask — we’re happy to help.
Are there any latex allergies I should be aware of?
Latex is a natural rubber material and can cause allergic reactions in some people.
If you have a known latex allergy or sensitivity, please do not purchase our latex products.
If you are unsure whether you may react to latex, we recommend seeking medical advice before wearing latex garments. By purchasing a latex item from Seven Sin, you confirm that you are aware latex can be an allergen and have considered any personal sensitivities before use.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the UK and to selected international destinations. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Please note we are temporarily unable to ship to the EU due to current customs requirements and restrictions.
