Pipe Lengths:
Not sure whether to choose 10” or 12” pipes? Most rimmers opt for both lengths, but the following sets them apart: 10” pipes provide pillowless comfort with the ass sitting right above your face, while 12” pipes are ideal for using a pillow or for content creators, offering room for better camera angles.

Customs & Shipping:
While most of our products, from toys to apparel, breeze through customs without additional fees, Tots can sometimes incur customs charges depending on your country. These fees vary, so refer to your country’s customs policies for potential costs. Rest assured, our Rim Seats are shipped discreetly in plain cardboard boxes and are classified under the harmonized code 940360 for customs purposes, indicating they are constructed from iron and wood. If necessary, they are identified as camping furniture. For smoother customs clearance, USPS or DHL is recommended.

Tots typically ship within 24 to 72 hours (excluding customizable colors which take ~10 days to produce). Shipping insurance is enabled by default, costing less than a few dollars per Tot, which greatly reduces claims processing time in case of loss or damage.

Returns Policy

Should it come to returning an item, our commitment to your satisfaction extends to our return policy. We offer a 30-day window from the date of purchase during which you may request a return.

To qualify for a return, we ask that your item remain in the condition in which you received it - unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy as it will be required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
