No Returns Due to Product Health Safety > Replacements Only

We do not accept returns due to product health safety, This is why we offer our Find Your Fit Guarantee that gets you a replacement band in the size that fits best. Simply contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase to initiate an exchange.

Instructions
Please provided order number for fast service
One replacement size per customer within 30 days of order date.
If band is damaged or misshaped within 3 months, contact us for replacement. We may need a photo to verify the band
Replacement band must be same color and width, unless out of stock
All replacements shipped via USPS First Class, no tracking, 3-5 business day delivery
Approval of concessions at discretion of BulgeBand
Refunds: Man to Man Guarantee: If we can't find your fit or if don't like the feel, contact us for a refund within 30 days.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is initiated, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Regular priced items and sale items may be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item or different size, simply send us an email at support@thebulgeband.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will found out about your return.

Shipping
Do not return the product. Refunds and exchanges handled through email correspondence.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exceptions may apply after 30 days at Louder LLC's full discretion. Louder LLC reserves the right to give and remove exceptions at any time without reason. Contact [email protected] to begin the return/exchange process.
