Why does condom size matter?
Wearing the right size condom is a biiiiig deal. Condoms need to fit properly to shield against fluids and exposed skin which could lead to STIs or pregnancy. In fact, many people who have found condoms uncomfortable in the past might actually be wearing the wrong size.
How can you check if you need a Large Condom?
The girth (the thickest part of an erect penis) is the most important factor when choosing the right size - surprisingly, not the length. Take a closer look when you or your partner is wearing a condom. If the latex looks overstretched, it splits almost immediately, doesn't cover the penis entirely or is extremely uncomfortable might be time to size up. Conversely, if a condom is baggy at the tip or has excess rolls at the base, forgo the standard size and look for a 'snug' fit instead.
What's different about HANX Large Condoms?
If you know you know (hi fans of our Standard Condoms!). If you don't - are you in for a fun time... Our Large Condoms measure a 56mm nominal width and 195mm length. Same signature HANX style, just bigger.
What about if I'm using a sex toy and condoms?
The same principle applies, our kinky friend. You might not be at risk of pregnancy, but sex toys (dildos, vibrators and strap-ons) can pass on sexually transmitted infections if not kept clean and if penetrative, used with a new condom each time. Changed Your Mind?
If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase simply let us know using the link below and we’ll share with you our UK-based address for returns. Kindly note that you will be responsible for returning any package after delivery has taken place, for ease and low cost we suggest using USPS economy. If you decide you need to return the parcel before delivery, please simply refuse the parcel at the time of delivery and ask the parcel be ‘returned to sender’.
Once your return is received, we’ll send you an email within 48 hours to let you know that we’ve received it and that your refund will be processed within 3 working days. A refund for the returned item(s) will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If you’d like to speed up the refund or exchange process simply email us the proof of shipping and we’ll be happy to provide a prompt refund or dispatch your updated selection(s) discussed with our team.
Please note that for health and hygiene reasons, all products of an intimate nature must be unopened (within their sterile, semi-transparent starch bag) to receive a full product refund. All packaging for our intimate toys allows you to inspect the toy’s size, feel, and settings without direct contact, so you can still get a sense of it before deciding. We’re also unable to accept returns of any liquids (lubes, toy cleaner and oils).

All our toys come with our 365-day satisfaction promise, so in the rare circumstance that you have a problem with your toy, simply let us know and our friendly customer satisfaction team will help resolve the situation for you.
Where a return is necessary due to a toy fault, damage, or an error on our part, we will cover the full cost incurred for the return. The service and cost of any return due to fault, damage or error will need to be agreed with us prior to dispatch.
As part of our promise to you we will cover the cost of any replacement necessary, including shipping at any time within the first 365 days of your purchase.
