Exchanges
ShibariArt.pl accepts exchanges ONLY if delivered item are not in accordance with the listing description and any agreements with the buyer during the purchase process. Upon receiving an order, buyers have five business days to report any issues. If you have any issues, please contact us immediately upon receiving your item.
