Cancellations Since the products are made to order and I try to make them shortly after the order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 4 hours of ordering. If you want to cancel your order afterwards, please message me and if I have not started yet, I can still cancel it for you. Returns Buyer must return item within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition. Items made for genitalia are excluded from this policy. Gift wrapping and packaging All items will come either in a little paper jewelry box or in a cotton pouch (depending on the product or fragility), put into a discrete bubble mailer. If you ordered more than one item, I will try to fit multiple into said box or pouch. If you want them separately to gift multiple people I will gladly do so. Just send me a message after purchasing so I know. Custom and personalized orders I'm happy to customize pieces for you. Just let me know via message and we can figure it out together. If you already ordered and want a tiny customization, please let me know asap, so I don't send it out before I see your request. :) Shipping (Insurance and Duration) For my non-US customers: Whenever possible I will add insurance to your package, even if you do not choose "Priority", just in case it gets lost. That's just $ 1-2 extra and already calculated into your shipping costs. For my US customers: Please note that USPS First Class Mail is not available anymore for anything thicker than a letter. So I am sending via USPS Ground Advantage which might take 1-2 days longer than First-Class, but it is insured for up to $100. Since I live a bit rural I cannot go to the post office daily. I do try to go every second day however. If it is really urgent, please let me know. Please note that I cannot mail anything out on Saturdays, as the post offices in my area are only open Mo-Fr. Care instructions I am doing my best to choose the best materials (whilst affordable) that are tarnish resistant, and gold or silver plated instead just colored, but depending on the use, after a while they could still change appearance slightly. To prevent that, try to limit contact with water, lotions, oils, and other liquids or chemicals. Try to use a little cloth to wipe it off before storing it away. But even if it happens, it’s an easy fix: Mix one tablespoon of salt and one tablespoon of baking soda with one cup of warm water. Add your piece into it. The mixture will create a chemical reaction and bubble as it cleans the jewelry. Afterwards, rinse with cool water and buff dry with a clean cloth.
