Do to the wide variety of products we offer, and the nature of the products, we only accept returns of new/unopened goods. We must be notified of intended return within 14 days of delivery. Buyer will be responsible for cost of return shipping, unless deemed defective or damaged at time of delivery. We back our metal products with a lifetime guarantee against structural failure, when used within intended purpose/design. We stand behind the quality of all our products and will review any quality related returns on a case by case basis if they arise.
