How do I measure for a necklace?
Just like you would for a regular necklace. We measure to the top of the pendant. So it's all about how low you want the pendant to fall.
Nipple chains can be custom made to fit if you would like, otherwise they will be made to our standard of 10 inches each.
What are the best types of nipple clamps for beginners?
Adjustable and Tweezer Clamps are both great options for those that have never worn clamps before. Please see our YouTube links below for more info.
How do I choose nipple clamps instead of nooses?
Simply make your selection from the variations. We currently have five different nipple clamps styles. Adjustable, Tweezer, Alligator, C Clamps, and Japanese Clover Clamps (also known as Butterfly Clamps).

What if I have piercings? Can I still wear your jewelry?
YES! We have options for those with piercings. Tough we do not sell the piercing jewelry its self. (Because we want to save you money.)
Many women choose to wear our nipple nooses or horseshoe nipple ring just behind their piercings.
Our necklaces with nipple chains can also be attached directly to your barbells by selecting the "O-ring" option. You would simply remove the ball at the end of the barbell and slide on the O-ring. No need to spend extra money on another piece of piercing jewelry!

I don't see the size that I want. Can you help me?
YES! Simply send us a message. If the material is available we will try to make a custom size and ship it to you as soon as possible.

A great and safe alternative to piercing!
Our nipple nooses are made from a high quality soft hollow material intended for jewelry making. Not rubber bands or cheesy elastic. The slider tightens the noose around the nipple. Our nooses are easy to use on any size nipple.

Do you have options for those with different metal allergies?
YES! We now carry stainless steel chain. A special coating is also available for most pendants. Available by request. Simply send a message. Most of our chain is iron plated (safe for most with metal allergies) and the majority of our items are lead and nickel safe.

Are the nipple rings sold singularly or in a pair?
ALL OF OUR NIPPLE JEWELRY IS SOLD AS A PAIR OF TWO.
We do not want to trick you into thinking that they are cheaper by listing them individually. If for any reason you would only like one, please let me know.

We don’t goof often, but if we do, we will always take care of the issue for you. If for any reason your order is incorrect, please don’t hesitate to let us know right away so that we can fix your order ASAP.
If for any reason your order was damaged in the mail, please contact us within 3 days of the orders arrival, along with a photo of the damaged item and the package. From there, we would be more than happy to repair, replace, or exchange your order. We reserve the right to determine the best option for your item.

Processing time:
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies between 1-3 business days depending on the items. We handmake your items ourselves and try our best to ship most out within a day.
Estimated shipping times:
United States: 3-6 business days
Canada: 1-3 weeks
Europe: 1-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 2-5 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-5 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-5 weeks
North Africa and the Middle East: 3-5 weeks
Sub-Saharan Africa: 3-5 weeks
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Shopify or PayPal to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information (I do not personally see your payment information, credit card details, etc- as these are processed securely through Shopify or PayPal), and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact me directly via email or through a private note attached to your order.

I generally keep your data, privately secured within my Shopify account (sold order receipts) for the following time period: 4 years. I only download your personal data when printing USPS shipping labels direct through Shopify's shipping service in order to print these labels from home, and I promptly delete these files after completing and shipping your order.
-TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE OF EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. To opt out of emails that you have previously given me personal consent to join, you may also click the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of any emails sent to you from Why Bee Normal. This does not include messages direct from Spicerack, as I do not send these emails personally and you would need to unsubscribe from Spicerack specific emails and services in order to retract your consent.

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
*Custom or personalized orders
*Perishable products (like food or flowers)
*Digital downloads
*Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
*Items on sale
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted.
Forced Returned Items are NOT accepted and no refunds will be issued.
