All impact toys are made using solid, kiln dried hardwoods. As these are natural materials, there is a chance they may shift, warp, chip, splinter, or stain, during regular or irregular use. I use a food safe wood finish that will makes the wood water resistant and a beautiful colour, this finish can dull overtime, especially with repeated washing. If you experience your toy dulling, please reach out and I can give you tips on how to bring it back to it's original state, if you're local I can even do that restoration for you.
Unfortunately I'm unable to offer returns, but I am able to offer partial or full refunds in extreme cases. Please reach out to me if you have any problems with your product and I'll do my best to resolve the issue with out.
