Soggiitoast is based in South West of England. My goal is to make my products as accessible as possible for people around the world, but material and shipping costs must be accounted for when sending out orders.

Return and Refund Policy

If you have concerns or issues with your order, please leave me a message on the contact page or you can reach out on instagram direct messaging to @soggiitoast. I will try to get back to you as soon as possible!

I cannot refund/return an order that you have received unless the product you have received is defective and/or broken, in which case I will offer a return/refund. When returning an item under these circumstances, shipping cost will be covered by me.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
