Creating a Shop Coupon Code

To get to the Coupon Code page from your Seller Dashboard, Click MARKETING on the side bar then COUPON CODES.

Hit the + on the top right of the screen to create a new coupon code.

Coupon Name: An internal name for you to call this coupon such as "Facebook banner Coupon Code" – Customers won’t see this name.

Coupon Code: This is the code customers will use to get the coupon discount when added to their checkout cart.

Discount Type: Here you can choose whether the discount will be a dollar amount or a % off the normal pricing.

Discount Value: The actual % or $ amount to be discounted from the regular price when this specific coupon code is used.

Limitations of use: You can choose to allow only a specific number of uses (for example: You could make the coupon work for the first 50 customers to use it before it becomes invalid) or make it Unlimited.

Specific Timeframe: You can set a specific timeframe for the coupon code to be live before it expires.
