You’ll find an Orders section on your Shop panel.

Orders will be marked as Open as they arrive. Once you fulfill an order and input tracking information the order will automatically be marked as Complete.

Refunding / Cancelling an order

If for some reason an order is cancelled you would click the Refund button to provide the order refund to the customer then would mark the order as Cancelled.
