Refund policy We gladly accept returns and exchanges Contact us within: 14 days of delivery Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery Please see the exceptions below. We don't accept cancellations as we aim to process orders right away. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: *Custom or personalized orders *Perishable products (like food or flowers) *Digital downloads *Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) *Items on sale Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted. Forced Returned Items are NOT accepted and no refunds will be issued.
