1) Custom / Made-to-Order Bags and Rolls
A cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
After materials are purchased, refunds are not available.
Exception:
If there is a workmanship defect (broken seam, hardware failure, construction error), I will repair, replace, or credit the item.
2) Repairs & Durability Guarantee
Bags are built for heavy use.
If something fails under normal use within 90 days, I will repair it at no cost.
After 90 days, repairs available at low cost.
Because each bag/roll is handmade, small variations in stitching, fabric placement, and hardware positioning are normal and part of the construction process.
3) Payment + Production Clarity
Materials are ordered per bag. Production begins only after full payment is received.
