1) Custom / Made-to-Order Bags
All custom bags are final sale once materials are ordered or construction begins.
A cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
After materials are purchased, refunds are not available.
Exception:
If there is a workmanship defect (broken seam, hardware failure, construction error), I will repair, replace, or credit the item.
2) Repairs & Durability Guarantee (This is a big trust builder)
Bags are built for heavy use.
If something fails under normal use within 90 days, I will repair it at no cost.
After 90 days, repairs available at low cost.
Because each bag is handmade, small variations in stitching, fabric placement, and hardware positioning are normal and part of the construction process.
3) Payment + Production Clarity
Materials are ordered per bag. Production begins only after full payment is received. Every bag is built by hand for a specific person and purpose. Because of that, custom orders can’t be returned once materials are purchased - but I stand behind my work and will always make it right if something fails.
