All sales are final due to the intimate nature of our products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an item has been worn.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
We comply with all applicable consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Conditions for Return Approval
A return or refund may only be approved if:
The item was received in damaged or incorrect condition, and
The product has not been worn, and
The original tags and packaging are intact.
Unauthorized returns or returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
